Investza Homes is not a SEBI registered entity and does not provide financial planning, investment advisory, portfolio management, or securities-related services. Nothing communicated by us should be construed as financial advice. Real estate investment decisions should be made in consultation with qualified financial advisors.

3. Regulatory Status

Investza Homes operates as a HARERA (Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority) approved real estate consultancy. We are not a real estate developer, builder, or project promoter. We do not undertake construction or development of any property. All projects referenced in our advisory services are separately registered under RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act, 2016) or equivalent state regulations by their respective developer-promoters.

4. Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana. Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation or mediation.
